If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can give it back to us within 30 days for a complete refund of the purchase price (excludes shipping charges). If you do not notify us to have proof of damages within 24 hours, we are unable to claim the insurance from the transport company, if you failed to notify us we are not able to claim the damage during transit. Since the courier firm wants appeals to be filed with proof within 7 days of delivery.
